Film permit issued by Thailand Film Office
Letter addressed to Department of National Parks, Wildlife, and Plant Conservation (from Department of Tourism) providing wildlife sanctuary or wildlife no-hunting zone, province, filming location, date, and number of crew members and vehicles
Application Form
Synopsis, story board/final script in Thai (only related parts)
List of all crew members entering the area
List of license plates of all vehicles brought into the area
List of equipment, devices, and machines in filming
Fee
Filming feature film, TV drama
10,000 THB
/per day
Filming a documentary, advertising, TV commercial, TV program, and music video
6,000 THB
/per day
Noted: Film set construction is prohibited.
